How to maintain truck tyre

1. Maintain the correct tire pressure

Under normal circumstances, the air pressure standards of the front and rear wheels of the truck are different, and the tire pressure data in the vehicle manual provided by the truck manufacturer should be strictly followed. Generally speaking, truck tyre pressure is normal at 10 atmospheres (take heavy dump trucks and tractors as examples, the load also determines how much truck tyre should be inflated). If you exceed this number, you should pay attention. There are two ways to monitor tire pressure: one is to use the tire pressure monitoring system equipped with the car, and the other is to use a tire pressure gauge.

2. Refuse to overload

In hot weather, heavy trucks consume more fuel when driving. At the same time, it will increase the burden on the braking system and the transmission system and reduce the service life of the vehicle. More importantly, tires and vehicle loads increase, tire pressure increases, and the possibility of truck tyre blowouts will increase.
